SPECS: This project is a total custom paint job and some custom fiberglass work. This Prowler is owned by Gene Cox of Burtonsville, Maryland. Gene is an avid Prowler enthusiast and has decided to take the next step in having one of, if not the nicest, Prowlers i have seen to date. Look for this project to be in some publications in the near future. Hopefully you will be able to see the car through all the trophies.
